Japanese Cheese Cake
Japanese Cheese Cake which made on 1st March midnight time食譜提供:http://www.leisure-cat.com/frm_1007.htm (但我作了少許修改, 以下比較容易)
材料(六吋蛋糕模)
忌廉芝士 80克
牛奶 60毫升
蛋白 2隻
蛋黃 2隻
砂糖 90克
麵粉 3湯匙
栗粉 1 -1/2湯匙
他他粉1/3茶匙
製作過程
1. 預熱焗爐180°C。將麵粉和栗粉同篩勻待用。鮮奶和芝士在慢火中煮溶(不用煮滾),待用。
2. 將蛋黃與一半糖(45克)打至奶白色呈忌廉狀。加入鮮奶芝士溶液,拌勻。篩入麵粉與栗粉,拌勻。
3. 蛋白打起,篩入他他粉,糖分兩次(每次22.5克)加入打至「企身」。(用電動打蛋器打快速打三至五分鐘)
4. 將蛋白分幾次加入麵粉糊中,拌勻(不要用力,否則蛋糕會死實)。
5. 放入預熱焗爐,以180°C焗20分鐘,後轉150°C焗約15分鐘
6. 拿出倒扣放涼.

Long time ago, I was planning to make the Japanese Cheese Cake. But I was scared because I knew my cake skill still not good enough (my basic - sponge cake still not successful yet >.<) You said is easy to make, is it true? Do you have any wetsite I could go to check it out? (because I feel very bad to ask you to type the recipe again, I can just check it out first to see how it works ^-^)
